Diffusion du système de riziculture intensive par les écoles vertes en Isandra (Hautes Terres à Madagascar)

Abstract : In Isandra, in the Betsileo area, an original innovation understaken by the Catholics, the green schools, has been introduced there for several years on order to adapt the content of school programmer, to the conditions of the local farmers and this would better meet the needs of the population. The spread of the intesive rice-farming system or IRS is among the innovations brought about this institution. The problem is that we cannot neglect the way of introducing innovative techniques especially in a rural area of Madagascar. It would seem that the succes rate of the introduction of such a technique depends on the nature of the cultural mediation. On what objective and pratical bases can the schools work then in order to spread this IRS at the level of the population ?
