Un « passeport-santé » pour le premier degré

Abstract : For some years now, new strategies have fuelled health education in schools. Supported by the IUFM of Reunion Island, the health passport project comprises two stages. The first one, the 2008-2009 experimental stage, corresponds to the elaboration of the health passport from school experiments. Five health passport schools have been targeted according to the following criteria: health education being part of the school project, involvement of teachers, district teams and schoolnurses. The process is coordinated by the IUFM together with all-level teachers that have conducted work sequences with their students. The sequences are sorted out, analysed, assessed and processed into health passports to be distributed to students entering 1st form. The 2nd stage concerns the vulgarization of the health passport in the other schools of the Academy (2009-2011).
