La « littératie en santé » : dispositifs et situations d’apprentissage

Abstract : This paper explores the links between language practices and knowledge appropriation, in a context where many adults didn’t benefit from school socialisations. The data are collected in Reunion island, among adults with chronic diseases included in a health network which works on the development of an educative process. Investigation of learners is conducted before and after educative intervention and during three complementary learning sessions. Results question the conception of the learning device, taking into account the contexts, trainers training and further investigations needed to understand learners who get out from the process. The kind of language practices (trainer –learners) and their repartition conduct to a positive impact of the learning device, even if one of the learners leaves the process.
