Le rôle de l'enseignant dans le cadre de la compréhension orale

Abstract : Listening is important in the learning of English. So is the teacher's role: he's going to transmit his theoretical knowledge he's acquired during his training. Institutional recommendations are pregnant with contradictory theoretical concepts. Complex skills will create predictable obstacles. A few answers are being analysed. If knowledge and skills are the main tools offered by cognitivism, attitude and learning on a more human basis should not be neglected. The strong cognitivist dimension should not let us forget the emotional side of learning based on a human relationship.
