Pouvoir des Mafe et des sultanats aux Comores

Abstract : The historical referents of the traditional system of social regulation are rooted in the old village communities Mafé, territorial chiefdoms of the Beja and Fani and sultanates. It is through these various episodes of history, have established themselves as customs structuring, and the impact of syncretic Islam, the myth of the founding ancestor, and the traditional conception of power Comorian and governance.
