La justice restaurative dans le monde... et en France

Abstract : Invented in the 70s in Anglo-Saxon countries, restaurative justice is the continuation of rather universal ancestral c iminal conflicts resolution practices. It timidly appeared in France in the beginning of the 80s through criminal mediation. It finally got consecrated by the 15 August 2014 law on the individualization of sentences and strengthening the efficiency of criminal sanctions.
