Un photographe pour un projet d'écriture

Abstract : An artist who is invited to work on a school project is generally chosen for his art. But should his presence in the classroom not firstly be an opportunity to question with the pupils and the teachers the idea of being an artist ? Even if teachers are always in charge of the project, the partnership will make them as well learn what it means to be an artist. The concepts of art and artist in the teachers’ opinion will be studied here through the analysis of an experiment performed at a technical school in Romorentin. The analysis will be done from the point of view of the artist who realises a difference between his and the teacher’s expectations. It will show how the artistic work itself helps to overcome certain misconceptions.
