Apprendre à réguler l'apport des graisses dans son alimentation. Analyse d’une expérience menée à la Réunion auprès de 157 élèves de 4ème et 3ème en utilisant les « nids d’apprentissage »

Abstract : This article reports the role of fat in daily diet observed among 157 pupils from 3rd and 4th forms. Educational action relies on the concept of “training niches” in relation to an integrated approach both constructive and harmonious, based on medical, didactic and ethnosociologic researches. Emphasis is laid on the possibilities to build up forms of knowledge that take into account the disparity of the learner’s social, familial and cultural backgrounds. The training teacher can be taught how to set up “training niches” in a half-day per topic. This experiment has proved socially efficient amidst a sample of 2,000 adults in France, Mauritius and Burundi. The outcomes open up great potentialities in active research, mainly in the training of future teachers.
