Abstract : Is it possible to exercise power legitimately ? In order to answer this question, some people establish a close correlation between knowledge and power. But the evolution of knowledge in varied fields and directions has led to an increase in the number of people who can have a claim to power. This situation has generated the idea of shared and decompartmentalized power
