Ptilomycalin D, a Polycyclic Guanidine Alkaloid from the Marine Sponge Monanchora dianchora

Résumé

A new polycyclic guanidine alkaloid, ptilomycalin D (I), and the known crambescidic acid were isolated from the marine sponge Monanchora dianchora collected in Nosy-Be, northwest of Madagascar, in the Indian Ocean. The structures were elucidated using 1- and 2-D NMR and MS data, and their biogenetic implications are discussed. [on SciFinder(R)]
