La loi d'orientation dix ans après : éléments d'évaluation

Abstract : Ten years after the loi d’orientation of July 10th 1989 (best-known as « Loi Jospin ») was promulgated, a research report was made. This article is based on its main conclusions. Although it does not revolutionize education, this law is generally considered as a consistent text with innovative measures. Nevertheless, its implementation turned out to be quite difficult, because the results – even if they were appreciable – seem to be incompleted and bring about many other questions concerning change and innovation.
