Promotion of the health and the social inequalities : what are the local problems based on the work of students and professionals, registered for social work training at the IRTS and the EMAP ?Based on the corpus constituted of assistants diplomas thesis of social services department, thesis of educators young children and specialized technical educators, CAFERUIS, CAFDES and DST(DIRECTORATES OF TERRITORIAL SURVEILLANCE), answering positively to the keywords: « care / care access/ social disparities social / social link », we would like to present the main data available pertaining to care access problems by various categories of the public in difficulties.Although the corpus database is poor -as over the period from 2004 until 2011 barely 3% of the available thesis at the IRTS matched our selected criteria, (19/642 thesis monographs and technical files), it has been enough to enable us to challenge the diversity of the studied public, the procedures and the conditions helping or not to access to care.In addition, despite the studies not including promotional activities of the health, nor analysis of this speech, this corpus allows to have a better understanding of how is analyzed the implementation of preventive initiatives, protection and educational at “the best to be”, the care and the welfare of the population.
3How, based on these studies, professional reports level II and I, with a problematic in research; could we create problems enabling at the same time to have a better understanding of the public and the conditions of the access to processes and/or to the structures of care?In these studies how is the notion -so often used -in the support social work defined? How the helping or disconcerting professional’s behavior is challenged ? How do measures foster or not the access to a healthcare for all ?
Promotion de la santé et inégalités sociales : quelles problématiques locales à partir des travaux des étudiants et des professionnels inscrits dans des formations en travail social à l’IRTS et à l’EMAP ? Le PREFAS Pôle Ressources régional de Recherche et d’Etude pour la Formation et l’Action Sociales est une structure qui est animée au niveaunational par l’UNAFORIS ; ses activités, depuis 2010 : 1 Capitaliser / 2 Communiquer / 3 Animer et Conseiller / 4 Valoriser la Recherche. A partir du corpus constitué des mémoires de diplômes d’assistants de service social, d’éducateurs de jeunes enfants, éducateurs techniques spécialisés, CAFERUIS, CAFDES et DSTS, répondant positivement aux mots clés : « soins/accès au soin/inégalités sociales/lien social », nous souhaitons présenter les principales données disponibles concernant la problématique de l’accès au soins de différentes catégories de publics en difficultés. Bien que le corpus recueilli soit faible, - à peine 3% des mémoires disponibles à l’IRTS correspondent à nos critères de choix, (19/642 mémoires, monographies et dossiers techniques), sur une période allant de 2004 à 2011-, il nous permet d’interroger la diversité des publics étudiés, les procédures et les conditions facilitant ou non l’accès au soin. Par ailleurs, bien que les travaux ne portent pas sur des actions de promotion de la santé, et n’analysent pas non plus ce discours, ce corpus permet de mieux saisir comment est analysée la mise en oeuvre d’actions de prévention, de protection et d’éducation au mieux être, au care et au welfare des populations. Comment, à partir de ces travaux, mémoires professionnels de niveau II et I avec une problématique de recherche, peut se reconstruire une problématique permettant à la fois de mieux connaître les publics et les conditions de l’accès aux process, et/ou aux structures de soins ? Dans ces travaux comment la notion si souvent utilisée dans le travail social de l’accompagnement est-elle définie ? Comment la posture du professionnel facilitante ou déroutante est-elle interrogée? Comment les dispositifs favorisent-ils ou non l’accès aux soins pour tous ?
