Les ateliers santé ville à La Réunion : disparités, besoins et actions

For more than ten years, “Health and City Workshops” have existed and have contributed to three main areas in the promotion of health, thanks to the financial input of “ACsé”. Several local towns, a total of 12 workshops are involved in this project. The first axe refers to the achievement of a regional diagnosis, the second, which is the coordination and development of existing health tools has pinpointed major problems concerning access to health care. As a consequence, several recommendations have been proposed and partnerships have been developed between the communities concerned and the financial services of the State in order to try to resolve the different problems posed by taking action.Finally, the last axe focuses on how this action is assessed.
Depuis plus de 10 ans, les Ateliers Santé Ville ont contribué, grâce à un financement de l’ACSé suivant trois axes importants à la promotion de la santé. Plusieurs villes locales, (un total de 12 ateliers) participent à ce projet. Le premier axe, étant de réaliser un diagnostic territorial, le second de coordonner et de développer les outils existants en santé, a permis de faire ressortir les problèmes majeurs dans l’accès aux soins. C’est alors que plusieurs recommandations ont été proposées et des partenariats se sont créés entre les collectivités concernées et les services de l’Etat financeurs afin de réaliser des actions pour tenter de répondre aux différentes problématiques. Enfin le dernier axe concerne surtout l’évaluation de ces actions.
