Pluralisme juridique et pluralisme culturel dans la société réunionnaise

Abstract : Ethnos groups, religions, languages: the society of Reunion is often presented like a model of cultural diversity. With this one could correspond a legal diversity, i.e. a plurality of rules : with each one its right. The safeguarding of the identity of the people could depend on this legal pluralism. Between negation and assertion of the characteristics of each one, the study will show that laws can have sufficiently flexibility to adapt to plurality.
