La Namibie postindépendance

Abstract : Twenty years after gaining independence, Namibia is still burdened by the legacy of a century of domination, first under German imperialism and later under the apartheid regime imposed by the next colonial power, South Africa. The current socioeconomic changes are very slow. In fact few changes have occurred so far in this transition period. Continuity seems to be the watchword of the transition.
