L’équipe Microbiologie Environnementale Biotechnologie (MEB) a pour objectif de comprendre le rôle du compartiment microbien dans les écosystèmes marins. Notre objectif est d'intégrer les métabolismes de micro-organismes dans le fonctionnement des cycles biogéochimiques au sein des écosystèmes marins naturels et affectés par des perturbations anthropiques (contaminations organiques et métalliques) ou induites par le changement climatique. Un intérêt particulier est porté sur les inter-relations entre microorganismes et ces perturbations.
