L’apport des sciences de l’éducation : un exemple de situations d’apprentissage contextualisées pour les personnes à risque cardiovasculaire

Abstract : The present article illustrates the worthwhile contribution of educational sciences to the improvement and the development of educational practices in the field of therapeutic and self-management education. Two issues are successively addressed. First, we analyse the theoretical input of educational sciences in the conception and the implementation of learning situations. Second, we consider and explore its practical implications through the example of the learning situations proposed to persons exposed to cardiovascular risk. The current developments are analyzed as indicators of a promising opportunity towards patients with chronic diseases as well as towards professional training and research issues in therapeutic patient education.
